Koiphen Nationals Refunds

Good Evening Fellow Hobbyists --

As most of you know the K1 Koi Nationals have been canceled. I am both humiliated and deeply sorry this happened. I know that several of you put many hours into the planning of this event and for that I am sorry.

Over the next couple weeks we will be issuing refunds to everyone. This includes items purchased through the show site, vendor deposits, unrefundable airfare, and unrefundable hotel accomodations. For airfare and hotel refunds we will need documention--which will be scrutinized to a great extent to prevent fraud.

You can submit requests to Justin by both e-mail and fax. His email address is 'jpennington@koiphen.com' and his fax number is (866) 605-9415.

It saddens to know the KoiPhen Show has been cancelled. Specially I know a lot of people including show chairs Steve Childers, Tim C, and you did a lot of good works for the show already and it is only few more months to go... I strongly believed that, any koi event or koi show are good for the hobby....

Just wonder why Stephen cancelled the KoiPhen Show? Do you know the reason Justin?

Let's just leave it as Stephen is trying to deal with some personal issues.

We never know from time to time, things change. May be Stepen will re-think about the hobby and make the show continue to move on as it orginal plan...
