Herd This Morning

Since getting my new UVs my water is pretty clear now so I thought I would try and get some pictures of the kids.

Cool, where is the ph hanging and how did the PP work out?

Mine is 7.2 now and water is slowly clearing like yours. Did you do anything about your source water yet?

The peat moss and carbon is working. I found several articles online that tell why, written by doctors who work in the aquaculture field. The peat moss does reduce phosphates, and also GH. Has nothing to do with hydrogen peroxide. If I find the links again I will post them, I found them but left it alone cuz I don't want a war. Main thing is that what you are doing is working in your pond and is healthy for your koi. Nice to see them again isn't it?

You know, I'm not really sure, around 36 I think. They won't stand still long enough to count them. 12,500 GAL.
I just took inventory, there's 30.

It's staying at 7.9 AM and 8.1 PM George. I didn't use the PP. By the time it arrived the water had cleared from the UVs. I haven't even thought about my source water. We have had company here for two weeks and between koi pond visits, pigeon flyer visits, koi shows, and sight seeing I have just been to busy.
