Wow i like the one on the bottom row on the far right. It looks like the color was put there by a artist with a paint brush.

I like few of them... but guess it will be pricy...

Anyway, don't know much about this breeder. Any info about this breeder and his koi breeding are greatly appreciated.

Thumbs up My Fave's

Top row center and Bottom row right. Different styles with nice bodies and interesting futures. They would be a joy to watch grow out.

Ooyama produces very limited number of koi each year. He produces gosanke but focuses more on Showa. He is from Southern Japan. I think Dinh remembers Duke's 5-Step Kohaku, that was breed by Ooyama.

Nicely matched group. If someone is buying, look for the largest, widest head and shoulders. Ignore the pattern and colors. (Hard to do.)

Wow, some really nice koi and to get the opportunity to be grown to nisai in Japan by the breeder, I don't think anyone can ask for more. I got a little bit of sticker shock, but considering them as nisai and maybe leaving them there for another year (if possible) for growing to get them to sansai the prices are reasonable for high quality koi.
