Rapid color change?

Have a young sanke about 9 inches long. Over last few days it has had a significant color change - noticable fading of both Hi and Sumi. Fish is acting healthy and eating. Other 9 koi in pond look no different. No significant water chemistry changes; it's just getting warmer with summer finally here. Still relatively new to koi, so don't know if this is variant of normal, or a warning sign, or what? Would appreciate input. Thanks

It would not be unusual to have a young Sanke lose its "baby sumi" as it begins growing in its second season. Losing Hi, however, causes concern.

I also have a showa that turn into a shiro utsuri a month later as you can see on the pic attached. All hi color was fading away. I think it's most because of its genetic since the other don't be like that.
