Japanese Matala & Filter Media
Can someone point me in the right direction for obtaining matala and media in Japan. Kanagawa area or there abouts would be nice, but will travel to Tokyo. US companies don't ship to Japan, APO. Would appreciate any lead. Thanks.

Akai,

For Matala, Ben Polinsky (sp?) owns the company. I just drove down to his koi shop today (lagunakoi.com) and bought 24 sheets. If you want Matala, you could contact Ben if you haven't done so already.

You could always drive up to Ojiya and go to the giant dry goods warehouse... with a truck, lol.
