Koi have barbels(moustache), and goldfish do not.

What leads you to believe these could be koi or goldfish fry? How did they happen to appear in your tank? Fish faerie?

There are two in the second picture that look like goldfish fry...but a story with the question would be nice.

From the pictures you've posted, these are goldfish fry, not koi. Look at the finnage on the thinner one - too long to be koi.

Whatever they are, they have not been getting enough to eat. Probably goldfish.

Look for the barbels

Like Russell said, look for the barbels (whiskers). Assuming you have goldfish and Koi living together in the pond they could be hybrids. Judging by the drab coloring on them that would be my first inclination. If so, get rid of 'em now because they will grow up to be butt ugly food wasters .
