Thank you for being forward and honest with us thru this.
I'll answer part of this one as I'm sure many of you are wondering the same thing. Now I'm not speaking for Brian, but he has informed me that the forums will continue. As for the articles question: you will have to wait for Brians response.

Brian,
Sad day-it leaves a HUGE hole in the koi hobby-upper enders have no where to turn. I sure hope you, at a later time, find a way to produce the mag or someone else get something going. Stay in touch.

Nancy,

We don't use checks in Japan, so PayPal is the only way that I have to pay you back. In the event that you don't have an account, please create one under the e-mail address that I send the notice to.

Brian . . .

While I'm sorry to hear that you're shutting down the magazine -- it will be sorely missed -- you're a class act and I wish you nothing but the best in the future.

As for the refund? Please retain mine as a small gesture of thanks for all you've done.

Very Sad day. I'll miss your mag. All ten copies sit here on my desk!

Hope your joking about the Paypal, That's why I had to send a check (or credit card) for the 3 year subscription, a little while ago. Paypal has never (over 5 years of trying) accepted me because they say my e-mail has aready been used or some crazy.

You can get around that by creating another email account with either your current ISP or an online one with yahoo or hotmail or boomspeed or a plethora of other online email systems (they're free). Just a thought....

Sorry to see the magazine stopped

Hi Brian,
I am sorry to see the magazine stopped. Please consider whatever my refund might be a donation to help defray some of the costs. Good luck and hopefully we will get to meet at one koi event or another before too long.

Ray

Thanks for the kind words Ray! I know that we'll run into each other before too long. Anyway, the magazine won't come to a complete end. as I mentioned before, we will have to endure another system upgrade to get to the point where we can publish online article in a better fashion. I still plan on publishing articles, but more than likely you will not see any until October as I'll be quite busy with my main business and also with winding down the print operations.

Very best,
