A vision of what $500K would build you?

If you had $500K to build a pond, what would it look like?

For me I would probably have a 75,000 gal pond with Momotaro size Bakki Showers and probably have every new "English" Filter product on it. How about you guys?

I guess $400k gets you a leaking pond that is not complete.

It should have at least some type of filter and large enuf pumps to swirl the Gulf of Mexico into a vortex.

One thing that can really push pond prices up is automation technology and systems, and customized items, and landscape features that are large and heavy. I think Maurice's entire facility cost about 1/4 of that, including the land price.

you just don't get much for $400,000.00 these days. an inexpensive pond like that would probably leak.
