That's the same problem we are torn with as far as the natural light. We've looked at getting some different types of light down there. The tank in the basement is 750 gallons.

We have a picture of JRs fish. We just have to get it off of my sister's camera.

Ray: What a koi!

...It really is fun to have a koi that will come out of the mudpond. The anticipation is a lot like having a lottery ticket or thoroughbred racing. As long as you do not bet more than you can afford to lose, its fun just to partake in it. ...Of course, it would be more fun to "win".

Is anyone going to Nisei Koi Farm for the pond pull on October 14? I've got a couple being harvested on the 14th. I'll get to see them the last weekend in October, but I'd like to see some pics straight out of the mud.

No replies, so does that mean nobody is going on the 14th?.... Or, just you won't commit to take pics?

...Wish I lived in the Philly area so easy to go each weekend of the harvest.

Maurice, Did you see the larch of mark and Riita's in bonsai Europe this month? I understand you now have 3 these days ( besides the wonderful koi your making! )
