My name is Froggy and i am making a database with Koiponds from all over the world.
I started a few months ago in Belgium and Holland and have for the moment over a 100 different koiponds from all over the world on my site.

Hi,

I see that there are a lot of people who come to visit my site and everybody loves the idea of looking at koiponds from other parts of the world.

However there’s one problem, if everybody looks and nobody does the effort to send me some photographs of there own pond this project will be of a short duration because there will be not enough input of new ponds.

Do not wait until tomorrow but do it immediately, it only takes a couple minutes but it can help perhaps dozens of people who are in search of ideas to make a new pond or adapt the old one.

I am glad you started that site. I have alot of friends that like to look at ponds. It is really cool to see other ponds. I have just started and have alot to learn. The people on Koi-Bito are Great, I am sure they will be happy to send you pictures. Thanks for putting mine on your site. I cant tell you how happy it made me feel to see it there. I will take some pictures of my filters and send them to you.

Hi,

Small update, I just posted 10 new ponds, but thats not all.
For the moment I have over 50 ponds from all over the world still to put on the site so the project is doing verry well.

Because I do this all by my self and sometimes I have to go to work this can take a wile to post them but I will try my best to this as fast a I can.

So keep sending them in and show your koipond to the world.

Hi, I realy don't know who you are to call this a silly "little" project.
You are the first person who is negative about the idea to make a site where you can see all kinds of koiponds.
Can you tell me why the idea is silly, maybe you are in to koi for many years but don't forget that there are hunderds off people who want to start with the hobby.
Maybe this site can give them a little puch in de good direction.

Don't forget that I do this all by myself and for free.
It takes me every day about two hours of time to look for ponds from all over the world.
Thats why I send mails to people, ist the only way to make contact.
If you only post on forums then you see that for 80 % you always see the same people.

Wow,
Marc's site is really improving from just a week ago. Check out all the ponds in Belgium and the Netherlands. It is really interesting to see the different styles of ponds in different parts of the world.
