Tosai to Nisai Pics

Check out the 555 Event catalog page at www.qualitykoi.com. Several of the tosai that went into the mud in May now have their nisai harvest photos posted together for comparison. Neat stuff to see the changes after 5 months in the mud.

The japanese on their logo is wrong....
it should be nihonjin, not nihongo, nihongo means Japanese language.
it looks good though. They have some really nice fish!

I'm not sure about the language issue.

...In regard to the fish, the nisai photos are straight out of the mud. They're in a measuring tub, so these pics were taken when the fish were being measured and inspected before going into an indoor pond. The color comes up over the day or so following.

Thanks for bumping it up Mike. It was great reliving last year's harvest. I'll have to hit the Black Jack table next weekend while at the Las Vegas Koi show so I'll have more money for NJ.
