Gin Rin is especially hard to appreciate in a photograph....I was really impressed Jan with the Kohaku GR....wow, first class prospects, all of em.

It is nice to see this hard working team getting some credit.....

You are so right about ginrin, Dick, in photos. The kohaku is the best ginrin I have seen on a small (10.5 in) koi in a great while. I didn't capture it too well, but it really shines! Hubby liked both the ginrins, so he has claimed them, and OK by me. I play nice with others (& it was his money that got em, maybe)
Now, I personally like the smallest one, the 4 step kohaku, but even at 7.5 in. I am afraid it is going to be male. Need to fatten it up, but the edges on the hi are very interesting to me and should be an education to watch mature.

Nisei Koi Farm team kudos for all their hard work!
