thank you Russ for post the pictures, It is very enjoyable, eventhought I can not be there, but it is better than nothing.
It is the first post I check every time when I go to the koi bito.

Dinh,
How do you do that?
I may need to ask Larry, How Does he done it, to be in the Ca and japan in the same time.
I wish I can do that too.

Indeed. this thread has been very interesting so far. Russ did a good job in keep us up-to-date. physically, we were not there but mentally it seems like we were there. I hope I get to go next week.

We have 2 sons, ages 15 & 16. Usually we have someone to stay with them, but this time we weren't able to get anyone.... But they are worth more to me than koi, so it is not anything to feel bad about - but I definately have Niigata-envy!

Why did they not want you to take pictures of the Oyagoi? Other breeders allow magazines to write articles about their bloodlines, including pictures of the Oyagoi and entire charts of the devolopment of the bloodlines. Some even post Oyagoi pictures on the WWW or in their own brochures.

At that age Kari, it only means PARTY PARTY!!!! Oh yeah, the other line "Where's the car keys?"....
