We got an early Xmas gift from Sakai yesterday... It's kind of early indeed....but we just want to share with you.....It was hand picked by Sakai and Miwa Sakai for my daughter Ann...

It doesn't surprise me that Toshio and daughter really out did themselves in investing in your daughter's career in koi.They are such good hearted, kind people.

Dear Santa,
I have been relatively good this year for a grouchy olde set in my ways koi keeper.
This year i would like for my pond, a sanke. If you can please fly over Ann's house and look at her new one before selecting mine. then if it wasn't too much trouble when your off the japan if you could pick my koi out from one of toshio's ( he has plenty Santa and won't miss one ) that looks exactly like Ann's.
Thanks again Santa for all the coal i got in my stocking as a kid. I know you meant well and will probably make it up to me now that I'm older...

That's a good sanke . Wonderful teri and tsuya with excellent urushi tsubo sumi. Sashi should clear up as the skin thickens when it matures.
