I never related koi pictures with bad customer service. If you took it that way then don't. What I did say is I like Good Ole fashioned customer service. If you give Great customer service then you have no reason to worry about my meaningless post...

Anyhow this is my opinions which and experiences as I have been through them. I like the dealers attention and conversation so I bypass the pics and look at the real thing. If I am intersted I will ask. Just like in Japan right? Ask if you are serious. If you have a relationship with the breeder usually you can say anything to them..
