It reminds me of a basketball player wearing dark-colored long pants. I like this look better than the large heavy hi plate on the front end. Front-heavy kohaku seem to be more popular of late. Nice tail stop.

Can this specie of fish go through self induced sex change? That is something I wonder about sometime, because some species can. Exscuse my ignorance please.

hahaha buddy.... remember my showa? I bought it when she was in Japan and both breeder and dealer told me all good except it was a male koi.... But it IS a female when she arrived to the state... Perhaps, same for this one;-))
