Little dude, I’m sure , as a Japanese language student, you know what I’m about to say, but for those who do not-
Japanese is really just a spoken language with a borrowed written language ( Chinese characters) to complete it.
Japanese is a spoken language that BECAME a written language. But unlike English, the written is and will always be different than the spoken.
Imagine a culture- a very old culture that has no words - spoken or written for ‘foreign things’. This is very problematic!
Add to this, the concept of ‘Japanese’ as a spoken language being formal, informal and casual and also feminine and masculine! NO WONDER no one can really speak it but for those who go to live there. NOW, add written language to this mix- we have to deal with Kanji, katankana and Hirangana. And it is in katakana and informal Japanese spoken words that you will find things that are of western origin.
Japan, interesting country. I think I can hear her calling now—

JR - I agree - Japan is like a Siren that seems to always be calling. Once you've been, it gets in your blood. You just want to be there every moment to see what else the breeders are doing.

JR, Joe,
That's interesting news to me. I've had my Doits Hariwake for several years now, but don't recall when the red started to appear. He's not huge but he's a stud.
