Back a few moons ago, when my son was younger, I helped coach the little league team he was on. If i didn't get what i felt was the right call from my viewpoint; the umps heard about it.

One year, when umps were at a shortage, i was asked to go to ump school to help fill in. I umped one game, and removed my name from the call list.making calls aren't always easy...but someone has to make it.

every year after that, I never said "beans" about a call. Just told the kids to accept what was called and not let a decision they felt was wrong to take them out of the game (mentally)...use the adrenillin to fuel their bat or gloves.

Marie, I'm sorry I don't know you any better than on this board. I'd feel more comfortable in a peacemaker role if I did. But I understand your position and passion about your friend...and I admire that trait. For your health, for your happiness, let's move on from here. I'm grateful to Brian for this chat line. I don't envy Jim's position to have to make some hard calls. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I am grateful to our KB family for the fun, knowledge and friendships they provide. We're not all perfect, but you know what? We're family...

Bad Cop!

I imagine you, like I, have deleted a record number of messages after typing them and before posting them the last couple days.

Lil'helper:

Not to put too fine a point on it but I wasn't being humorous, I was being sarcastic.

Marie's feeling the pain here -- and my guess is you're not defending Russell, you're embarassing him.

I suggest you walk away, quietly, before more feelings get hurt. Thank you. Don

Richard knows where I stand and where Brian stands. This is a private matter though and I'm not going to discuss it in public. When there is a resolution to the matter I'm sure you will be the first to know. I will say this though. All of photos posted recently of koi coming in from Genki, PSKoi, Mystic, Champion, Quality and Easterns are legit as they are paid advertisers. Thanks.

I agree with Dick. Let's move on, Richard will be around for a long time and his time will come.

Believe me when I say this, I want peace more than anybody's business. I really enjoy this family (yes it is, huh ) and value all of the friendships I've made here.

Sorry for having to make some waves,

Marie
