Wouldn't it be shocking to learn that a club didn't renew with AKCA because there wasn't a quorum to approve the motion to renew, and nobody had the guts to take responsibility to send in the check on their own without a bylaw amendment! The clique running the club should all be impeached for dereliction; or is it the unreliable folks who did not show up who should be kicked out of the club? Maybe it's all the fault of the volunteer who drafted the defective bylaw in the first place! There's no telling where all the muck leads unless the raking continues.
