Photos of our Dick............
Does anybody out there have a reasonably up to date photo of Dick Benbow?

I need it for a forthcoming issue of my club's newsletter.

Here's one, this photo was taken at the end of October in New Jersey. You can see Dick with Mat McCann looking over a koi Dick was picking out for some folks back home. Notice the intensity displayed by their facial expressions, you would think they had discovered something really special!

I got a bunch of the back of his head from the pond pull at Quality plus the one that is attached.

Thanks dan and Jim, I'm not the most photogenic, I think the photo of mat and i was taken during an intensive search for my friend Ron's sanke....I think the hardest job in the world is picking koi out for other folks! But if you do it right it can be the most rewarding! ( in that session we were looking for an asagi for someone else)

Thanks Steve, That was at the banquet where Gene and Phyllis cleaned up on most of the awards. John had donated a juniper for the auction as an overgrown bonsai, and I got to clean it up a bit ( 2 hrs and many snips later )...gee brings back some nice memories from the show season. It was my first chance to see steve use his prowess as an authorized judge....he's welcome back anytime!!!!!!
