Happy 87th Steve

Hey, I hear you got a new set of tires for your wheel chair. How are they working out. You know, if you don't have so many birthdays in a year, you won't age so quickly.

You're older than 87? If so, you should be 'koifishgreatgranny.'

Thank you one and all. Russ, very happy belated birthday to you too. As you get a little older the birthdays seem to come along more frequently, but it's an illusion. Stop me if I'm repeating myself but as children birthdays seem as rare a hen's teeth so we want to make the most of them. Then, as the years pass, we let them come and go with less and less fanfare. When you're my age, it becomes a chore to find some little indulgence to mark the occasion. This year I planned ahead and ordered some tosakin for myself.... or was that last year.

Thank you one and all. You know, some folks have difficulty growing old but I have learned a three tricks to keep you young. First, Trick #1 - never let deja vu fool you. Young propel routinely pass off deja vu for what it is but some become confused by this phenomenon in their old age. If it seems like you are repeating yourself, you just had a birthday, you already took care of some task, etc., you need to just ignore it and go on. Once you have learned this trick you can postpone the onset of dementia indefinitely.

Now, I think I cam going to go order a pair of tosakin to celebrate. Oh, and thank you one an all.

Steve,
there's an olde german phrase (my german's not that good) but it translates to
"too soon oldt and too late schmart "....It seems you beat the odds! happy B'day, know that your contributions on this board are very much appreciated.
Gee december seems to be a good month for koi kichi's being born into this world.....
