This is not the carp that I want to cross.. Im talking about the ones that can't reproduce. I dont know why and if even you can get a female that will produce. It's a beautiful green carp, long slinder body with great matsuba scalation. The green Im talking about is a very light green. I would not mind keeping on of these in any yard pond.

Gosh why not. I mean lots of people want jumbo, so why not cross one of those big brown monsters with a nice kohaku and see what happens. The thing that is interesting is that those monsters were not naturally occuring. They were produced by crossing different carp. I wouldn't mind giving it a try just to see how they came out.

That thing is HUGE! Grass carp look better when they're not as large(not pictured here.)
