can i feed

hello ppl new to this fourm but to the main thing i sun dry some orange skin can i feed the koi that. or would it kill them

Welcome to the board....like your user name...there is something about koi that makes them a life long hobby.....

If i understand your term "skin" correctly , rind....I don't think I'd feed them that as after they've removed the flesh of the orange the skin or rind is always left. I think I'd be more interested in feeding fresh fruit for the nutritional value. If you mean the flesh, I'd suggest to reconstitute it prior...
soak in water till it is soft and easily consumed......

I feed our koi orange slices on a regular basis. Like Dick said, they love to eat the pulp but leave the rind (skin).
