Talking Woo Hoo!!! She's here... Check her out everyone!!!

Well...thanks to everyone here who gave me their opinions....my new girl has arrived!!! She is a 16 inch Ogata female. I am sure she is a wee bit stressed from the trip (California to Connecticut)...but she looks excellent. In honor of the holidays for which she was purchased...her name is Festivus!!!
So..A happy Festivus to the rest of us!!!
Opinions are welcome...and once again..Thanks to the Koi-Bito gang!!!

Just for the heck of it...here is the 1,200gal quarantine tank in the basement of my new house. Got it on ebay with shipping for $100. Great deal. I plan on putting 2 more of these in my basement when the season gets in full swing.

Very nice koi!!!!

I did some quick research...Intex is a pool equipment maker. That must be one of the 10' wide and 30" above ground pools. Sweet deal!!!

Who was the seller?

The price actually went up on the pools. The seller was sexygordi . It is the 10foot pool. Actually came with the pump/filter combo..but I had my own pump to use. Really a sturdy pool, and very simple to build. I like it much better than the one's with the ring on top that you inflate. I did not cure it, like some people say to do...I think that really does nothing. All the fish I have placed in it have done fine since day one. It is made by intex...I highly recommend it.

Nice Intex pond!!! I was looking at getting a 18ft pool, easy setup for 5,500gals...My koi need some more room to grow especially out here in the coming Los Banos Spring and Summer...

I think walmart even carries them. Yeah, the shipping and pool price has gone up since I bought mine.
