LOL, my husband is Peruvian, and he speaks "proper spanish" he can barely understand his workers spanish.

I learned "proper Spanish" in high school and can barely understand my mom's housekeeper....so I can relate. *L* But it would probably help if I remembered more Spanish than "Que hora es..."
