#2 is Sanke named Nellie who won the 1998 Shinkokai AJS bred by Toshio Sakai 14 30.43%
#3 is Sanke named Yu-hime (1st 100+ cm GC) won the 2002 Shinkokai AJS bred by Toshio Sakai 19 41.30%
#4 Dianichi Showa who won the 2006 Shinkokai AJS bred by Dianichi Koi Farm 4 8.70%

Sakura Young Koi Show Attendees Please vote for a koi
Note: This is from Ray Jordan. I'm posting it so it can have a poll.

On another thread I offered to post a few photos of some AJS Grand Champion Koi and let Sakura Young Koi Show Attendees vote on which koi they would like to see depicted on the Fused Glass Koi plate I am making to donate to the show and Project KHV. To be fair I am asking that you only vote if you are planning to go to the show. Please pick one and reply on this thread. Hope you enjoy the poll.

Oops, I guess I had a senior moment. The Dianichi Showa was the 2007 GC Duh!

I got a email asking why I didn't make Kohaku fused glass plates. Actually I do make kohaku and shiro utsuri's and other types of koi plates but the sankes and Showas just seem to be a lot more impressive in fused glass and have brought higher bids at auctions.

I voted for Nellie, as this is a labor of love for Ray............ and it will be more of a labor for him.

Plus I just think its presence is awesome.
