it was amazing. Before I knew it, it was 5pm and time for the 'round table' discussion for any questions we had. It was planned for 1/2 an hour, but we were lucky to have instructors that were enthusiastic about giving us their opinions and specific knowledge on many subject, and we finally stopped at 7pm to have an amazing dinner of... (du,du,du,dooo...slow cooked whole pig, cuban style, by some mojo method by a guy from cuba named juan (jst kidding!! about juan). I have heard for the last 25 years from my gorgeous husband about how incredible a whole pig, slow cooked, can be...mmmmmm I wish he was here....

what a great dinner, and of course, we kept talking koi.
I mean, what are the chances that you will get this many koi nerds (that you don't already know) in a room to eat pig and talk koi!!!
I'm not as good as my husband as posting events, and I have a whole new appreciation of how hard it is to do when you are tired!!
