Mystery men

Who can name these friendly competitors that were at CFKS? BTW, the shot wasn't really supposed to come out quite that dark.

The one on the right is Mat McCann. On the left I could hazard a guess...but I won't.

Joe Pawlak and Mat McCann. I only know because I think I crawled past them in the dark one night on my way back to my room, so the dark picture was no challenge. That said, I hope I got it right.

You nailed it .........

of course it wasn't that hard. Joe and Mat are two of the very top koi breeders in this country. The quality Purdin is producing isn't too shaby either.

I'll second that!!!! and they are both very fine people as well!
Everyone knows the Gosanke that Matt puts out, but I don't think many realize the quality of Joes' as well. Both top end breeders that I am proud to call friends! Both have helped me tremendously!
