need help with pond design

Hello my name is Kevin I just need a little help to see if my plan will work
OK heres my plans
Skimmer 2' x 4' x 2' deep slanted bottom with drain. this will feed the pump house, where it will return the water back to the other end of pond 2500 GPH
? # 1 does this seem OK

settlement tank
With bottom drain that feeds into settlement tank 2' x 3' with slanted bottom and drain. this will feed secondary settlement tank 2' x 5' with slanted bottom and drain. this will then feed pump house with a 4500 GPH pump which pumps upto a small pond and filters. then returns to main pond
? # 2 does this seem OK

And I will type the reminder formula for passive settlement of solids. 15 minutes dwell time within chamber = 1/4 of the flow. 4500gph pump - TDH = maybe 3600?, means 1000g settlement chamber, something about 4 x 8 x 4. You seem to be planning about 1/8 of that so you should expect about 1/8 the results.

Buying the biggest vortex you can find/somehow pay for always seems to be the wisest path now that I have disappointed myself with the function of so many first chambers I have built.

Combining passive settlement with active mechanical separation is a better small footprint solution. Consider static K1 or some type of screen device.

First of all you should tell us the purpose of your pond there is a lot of diffrence in a golfish pond or a koi pond for possibly keeping high quality koi .
If it is for keeping koi then a good starting point would be a book by Peter Waddington Koi Kichi 1 . Construcion can change based on climate and soil conditions .
