Hi Dick,

I leave for the train station in about 20 minutes. I am hoping for my Isawa Koi to arrive in two to three weeks, with the Koi from Niigata arriving in 4 to 5 weeks.

Our purchase of Hoshikin Kohaku is very special. We were the first to be able to hand select from his best Tategoi Tosai. I purchased a large number so that I could get a better price and pass it on. Hoshikin Kohaku are regarded as some of the best and are very, very expensive. He gets very large growth rates and culls many Koi so that he is left with only the best. His two years olds are 55cm to 60cm and are incredibly expensive so this will be an opportunity to get Hoshikin quality for a very reasonable price. If you are interested please PM me or watch for further information.

In many ways, I'm sad to see your trip end cause we all enjoy your photos and commentary....but I realize it's good to come home. Hope you have a safe trip and if the pics of the koi you managed to get your hands on are any indication of what's coming, I'll bet your PM boxs suddenly get very full !

We will post information on Koi-Bito and our website when we know.

P.S. I added more Koi today.

I can't argue with you there.LOL It was before my wife got a digital SLR camera for my birthday. I will try to do a better job with the new Koi. Part of the problem is that I have no patience. I have people tell me my photo's are bad all the time, so if you ever see anything you like and would like clarification in new pictures I am always happy to do so.
