Nice, I like them both. The color of the Beni is very even and the shiroji looks fairly bright. The red on the eye does not even bother me.

BTW, I don't think I will ever get tired of Showa.

I believe there are 3 kohaku pictured here and that two of them have red eyes.

I love Sakuma kohaku tosai and have bought them 3 years running.

These should be fun to watch grow out. Good Luck,
