Question Dark Spot on Sanke

I noticed a dark spot that looked like the remnants of an anchor worm removal or something similar when I purchased this koi a few weeks ago. However, the spot is getting more pronounced and I'm curious if this is normal or not. I do not think it is sumi pushing through as it seems there is a "texture" to it. Any comments or suggestions? I have not taken any additional photos since purchase.

If it's the area on the right shoulder just behind the head, from the picture, it looks like sumi. It's very hard to tell from the picture. A close up would really be helpful.

Assuming I'm looking at the same spot Mike is, I'm leaning toward Sumi as well. If it was mine, I'd welcome it. The placement would improve the overall pattern balance on the Koi IMHO.

first of all I agree with Mike and Larry....sumi
second, the location is not typical of a wound's location for anchor worm. They are usually from the dorsal to the tail.....
