I very much like your Sanke. She appears to have a wonderfully strong body. It may be preferable to have another Hi step, but I do not think you will mind when she is 30"+. ...Are you bringing her home or leaving another year?

There is some Matsunosuke in most of the better Sanke. The body on yours seems more heavily influenced. Photos can be so difficult to read. ... The skin on her head seems very nice in the photo. I am sure she would do best in a mudpond. It can be difficult to have a fish and not be present to see it develop. I recently passed on keeping one in the mud just because I wanted I wanted to raise it myself.

I really like your fish . What does axe nissai mean how old is she in months ? I have found that putting a nissai in a mud pond even in Canada helps greatly in body shape and size it is my opinion that this is an absolute necessity to get the most potential out of a fish .

Eugene
