My First Attempt at Raising Koi Eggs...

Yesterday afternoon I picked up some Koi eggs from a fellow SoCal pond owner (Thanks, Brad!). Since spawning actually took place approximately 4 days earlier, some of the eggs had already hatched by the time I went to pick them up. Still, as you can see from the pictures below, I still have plenty of eggs left over just waiting to hatch. I've already picked up some brine shrimp to feed the newly hatched fry and am currently hoping to see some more fry appear in the next day or two. Updates to follow...
