What is wrong with my Koi?

Hi! This is my first post. I am an amateur but love my Koi. My problem is that 2 have died and another has blood just below his dorsil fin on his back. Another has a couple of blood spots on his shoulder and head. I watched them yesterday and those 2 would sometimes rub themselves against the side of the pond or the rocks. I am now thinking that is the cause of the blood spots. But why are they doing this?

I have tested the water for PH, Amonia, KH and Nitrites. All levels are good. This is a 2 year old pond so it is not new water/ new pond problem. Most of the fish are fine and even the 2 with blood spots are otherwise acting healthy and are active.

I would appreciate any advise you can give me. These are not expensive show fish but I enjoy them just the same and hate to see them suffering.
