I'm glad a day was set aside to acknowledge the importance of what a dad does for their family.

But remember the fruit doesn't fall that far from the tree, so living as an example makes every day something important to aspire to!

Our grandchildren have been with us since Friday (5 yrs & 1 1/2) our grown children and spouses will be here this afternoon. I am preparing seared ahi, spicy tuna rolls and maguro sashimi. I hope that our wet kids don't get nervous.

I am going to be a father for the first time in october. Don't know if it's a boy or girl yet?!?! Made it a pretty exciting fathers day....much to think about!! GULP!!
