questions on UV
I've got acouple questions on UV. From what I understand you want an 'inline' uv lamp but then the sun is bad, you want shade? My idea was that I was going to build a japanies style ( I wish I knew the word ) roof. Could I then add floresent lights on the underside? Does the water have to pass through the light or can the light pass through the water, to get the benefical result? Then, this light is good and that ones bad? Haveing lights on at night?

Any thoughts..... I think i just confused myself...

UV lights are for helping with green (algae) water . A floresent light isn't going to help you with that .
