I agree. American Marine is very reliable and inexpensive. Just make sure to re-calibrate it monthly. So, buy a bottle of re-cal solution. It's cheaper than those damn packets they try to sell you. Mine's been working for three months now. I agree with MikeM, wouldn't be without one and don't know how I lasted so long without it. Great tool!

I agree, the American Marine Pinpoint DO meter is great for the price. I have been using the PH and ORP meters for about a week and half. DO calibration is easy with solution, and a small screw driver. So far so good. I am posting results daily on ******* "Hypothedical Pond Improvement".

Thank you Don for the American Marine DO meter information. In order to run with the 'big dawgs' you have to have tools/devices like the 'big dawgs'. This is the kind of information that I have been looking for a long time.....Thank you, thank you, thank you.
