Compliments to KoiUSA

It was not very long ago that KoiUSA was receiving heavy criticism on this board as 'koi-lite' at best, and wrong-headed in many respects. Well, I just finished the last article remaining to be read in the July-Aug issue. And, KoiUSA has become quite the real koi magazine it should be. If the level of the May-June and July-Aug issues can be maintained, U.S. koikeepers have themselves a welcome resource they can truly look forward to receiving. Congrats, SteveC, on a job well done.

The first issue I read was the 2nd issue of this year.
I based my subscription decision on this issue alone. I thought that the issue I read was helpful to the newbie and to someone who has been around this hobby for awhile.

In reading subsequent issues I have not been disappointed.

Kudos to the staff at KOI USA!!!

I agree completely. I never had a lapse in my subscription but I had reached the point where it could sit unread for a while after it arrived. Now I wait for it eagerly and dive in the moment it gets to the house! Steve and all of the writers and contributors have really done great!

I agree. The magazine is much improved. At one time, the subscription was included in our club membership. 2-3 years back we stopped. Now I'm encouraging our members to re-subscribe.

Couldn't agree more with what's been said above about KoiUSA magazine.

It's improved so much that in our house it's no longer bathroom reading material; it's now it's on the coffee table.

Seriously, thanks be to Steve and all the fine staff. It's been much appreciated.
