Traveling to Ireland

Well, I'm traveling to Ireland on the 24th of Sept. Are there any koi guys there? We plan on being in Dublin, Cork and Killarney-the standard first time tourist trip. I would love to see a good pond or even have a drink with a local koi guy. Any bito guys there? Anyone else no someone in Ireland?

Don't know any koi kichi in Ireland (wish I did!), though there is a sweet Donkey Sanctuary way up in the Brickleive Mountains out of Sligo in the northwest that welcomes visitors. To tour neolithic passage tombs, cairns and ruins, contact Martin Byrne. He's a great guide out of Castlebaldwin and can take you to things you'd never see on a typical sightseeing tour.... Oh, and if you can squeeze in a trip to Galway, don't miss it. It's my favorite city in all of the Emerald Isle--the pubs are delicious and the street musicians and entertainers are amazing.

Have a fun trip! I sure did!

There is an Irish show, so must be a club somewhere. Time for some surfing!

Hey Mark, Got a dollar; I have a lot of distant cousins over there, including one in the Irish parliament but I suspect that they would eat any Koi that they would have, if they are like my kin in the States. Have fun on the trip.Mac
