What do the Past Zen Nippon Airinkai GC look like a few years after they have won?

Do they look the same, or do they soon degrade and lose their glory? or in other words, does their quality degrade and do they eventually look different from when they won the title (Grand Champion)?
Its something I have been wondering for a while..
Thanks
Eric

Some die and depending on the age of the fish they do seem to go on defend their GC...Also you got to remember that some of these fish are spawned to maintain the "cycle" for a big fish...

ah thats really sad. but I guess everything great has an end...

Well of course they eventually die. Everything "dies"
Is it because their bloodline is so inbred or what?

The lucky fish die because they get old. the unlucky ones die early from various causes like ovarian tumors or improper care. All fish die....good bloodlines or not.
