Little more info? What did you use for the filter, did you clean it first, was the glue dried, so many questions but not enough information....

sorry about your loss. I have to ask though....why didn't you just use filter pads made for ponds instead of a product that clearly says it is treated with chemicals?

So very sorry

Sometimes the learning curve is tough. I dont want to think about how many fish I've killed along the way. Any loss is hard, though. Hang in there and try to learn as much as you can from this.

I am sorry for your loss.....

go-men-na-sigh Unfortunately some lessons are more costly than others.

Please take your time that you need to catch the wind after it's knocked out of you.....But please don't let this incident defeat you....get right back on the horse that threw you and ride like the wind. If I had a dime for everything I went thru in the last 30 years ( I'm still not exempt!) I could buy us both a pretty fancy meal!

I would stick to "water" filter mats than "air" filter...There are many alternatives to filtration...

I am sorry for your loss as well but I have to ask, why would you buy anything from another industry, especially heating and sheet metal, to use on your Koi pond? Was it cost?
