Asagi from Blackwater Creek
I picked this little gem up in Atlanta. I really really tried to NOT buy any fish, but I have been looking for a nice asagi for a while and this one caught my eye. It's tosai, about 6" long. Comments?

It is a good pick. The color on the body is very light, which is what you want. Maybe it has a little too much beni to start with. Good choice.

Thanks Russell and Don. I like him/her too. I have really been looking for a nice Asagi for a while now, so I was very pleased to find such a promising youngster. It will be fun to grow this one up.

Blackwater creek really does asagi very well. I think this is a very nice pick. Fleshy colored head, light blue body. Nice potential!!!

another week or so
and i bring my asagi's in from the outside pond. the temps are dropping with lows at night in the 40's. I keep turning the temp down inside to keep it close.
I love asagi's, glad to see their appreciation is spreading.
