I'm going 20 - 26 October. Only Sakai and Narita on this trip. I heard Sakai is harvesting his client koi on the 23rd and only after that will he harvest the nissai, so I've been advised to be at Sakai from the 23rd onwards. I think it will be a spectacular experience to see the client koi harvest...

Sharon & Judy along with Agnes will also leave the 18th, will arrive Narita @ 4-5 pm then journey to Niigata. Once Kari hooks up with the girls there just might be another chapter written in the book of "Mud Pond Girls", look out Russ! Will be a lot of fun, adventure and learning experiences not to mention viewing of koi left for grow out from last year.

Excitement, an understatement, lets hope the koi all survived without blemish! We have a Sanke and Showa in Mud, Judy a Kohaku and I remember there are a few of yours coming out as well.

If the weather is like last years auction day, there will be many a koi kichi with smiles upon their faces, wish I could go!

Lovely fish Dan!

I am in Niigata from October 27th to November 1st. Hope to go to the local agricultural show, visit breeders, talk fish, MAYBE come home with some pretty ones.

I am meeting Joel from Pan Intercorp there, and have an invitation from Mr. Mano to drop by Dainichi. I shudder to think about the damage I could do there!

I plan to see as many others as I can in the few days I have. My first visit to Niigata....have only been to the Hiroshima breeders before.
