We have upcoming projects coming up in Herndon, VA. I'll probably hit you up on club meeting dates so I can attend one of them in person....

you'll be fine.

The scene of draining, photographing, measuring and moving on to the next pond will be played out all weekend, so I don't think you'll miss anything. usually on Sunday Mat will have special fish for sale and you'll want to be sure and be on hand to see them, get a chance to purchase some and maybe by putting them in the mud ponds, have an excuse to come back the following year!

I would love to go...just can`t make it happen this year.
I have one in the front pond and one in pond 28. Maybe someone will get lucky and see my koi come out and I can at least see a picture

Email me photos of them when it gets closer to harvest time and I'll try to snap a few photos of them for you .

I'll take a stab at this here , but probably should contact NKF . What's coming out of the Oval Pond on Friday ? What could I miss Saturday Morning ?

I don't want to miss seeing any of those Beast (27-30 incher's) I've heard about coming out of the mud .

Come on , I already told you I'm a NKF Rookie !!!

If you come to the harvest you will be in for a treat. The "beasts", as you put it, are in the long pond. If you go to the home page and click on Nesi Koi Farm you will see a drop down list and click on mud ponds. If you click on the different ponds numbers pictures of fish in those ponds will come up. Also in the catalog each fish has a mud pond # if it is in the mud and will be for sale. I go every year and I still get exceited to see the fish come out and see the difference in the fish. It is moore so if you have one of your own to wait for. Tosi to Nesi is a huge change. Hope you make it. Joyce

It's hard to say which day to pick if you can only be there for one day. ...Whichever has the best weather. I'd probably pick Sunday.
