Sorry your judges gift didn't make it back in one piece, Steve. I couldn't think of a better place to have a koi show and happy to hear another is enthusiastically be planned. Bet there will be a lot of judges thinking that being asked for next year's show would receive positive reception!

As a matter of fact Dick, my team took 3rd (no thanks to me though) and I got a new (and very needed) putter.

Steve, I have that same problem in reverse. Jo Ann will tell me stuff when I'm thoroughly focused on the computer and I catch bits and pieces. So I understand the situation...it's comforting to know that koi kichi families are not all that different!

Mr. .... Steve. It was a pleasure to meet you. I love the small world we all enjoy and argue over - wouldn't change it for anything. You are much taller, younger, and thinner than I expected...(that IS a compliment!!)
