Thank you for the kind comments.

A selection of photos were printed this morning in the photo store in Ojiya and they kindly gave me a little photo book to put them in.

As I drove around Koguriyama hoping to spot the Mr and Mrs Sakazume they passed me at a junction and waved. By the time I'd turned the car around they'd vanished in the twisting hilly streets of Koguriyama and search as i may I couldn't find them.

I've plenty of time and will try again.
