My bad translation...

Heaven forbid that a website would deliver wrong information...
I'll give this my best shot:

Kinsui (Koi)

OK- Kinsui (does not mean 'Koi') FYI (errrrg!!)
This is a metalic koi from the family of "Hikarimoyo-mono".( ? )(it is) found in yellows, oranges, and reds.
Here is a yellow, that one would call "Doitsu Yamabuki Hariwake" (!!! oxymoron minus...)
These Koi are very popular, they are remarkable for their type of 'aluminum-kind' of color.

Sorry, it is not a Ki-Shusui.

No, that is not right either. Although if you look in Mitch's third picture from the left, the picture with the Kohaku in it, you can see a Doitsu Lemon Hariwake in the back ground.

Russ,
Even Blackwater Creek is calling a yellow Shusui -------Ki Shusui Blackwater Creek: Asagi & Shusui
Sub classification is determined by the pattern of the red and blue on the body of the koi. Hi Shusui fashions hi that extends up over the back, so that the two contrasting colors are the red of the hi and dark blue of the mirror scales. These are unsubtle and quite striking koi. Hana Shusui (Hana meaning flower in Japanese) also have more red than normal, but here it is in the form of an extra band between the lateral line and dorsal fin, with a break in between. In the best examples, the hi is laid out in a wavy pattern to give a flowery effect.
In Ki Shusui, yellow replaces the red.

Although theirs is a butterfly. If you do a Google search the term Ki Shusui is used quite a bit, although I wasn't aware of it until today.

Mitch, they are wrong. The picture they are showing of the yellow butterfly is not a Ki-Shusui. They even call a Midorigoi a Shusui-like Koi. It is not correct, but if you would like to believe it, go ahead.

First of all, shusui, be it standard, Hana or Hi Shusui, are all NON METALLIC fish. This fish IS METALLIC and therefor cannot be classified as a shusui. It also is not a Hariwake as it has reticulated scales on the back. Hariwake are a two color fish with no netted pattern to the scales. A Kujaku , in it's standard scaled form, should have a very clean netted or reticulated pattern in black/grey along the back. If it is doitsu, then the scales along the dorsal line should also be netted or reticulated. The fish you posted is definitely not a shusui nor a hariwake. Most folks would call it a Ki- Kujaku. If the Japanese have given it another name, I'm not aware of it, but will check next week while in Japan.
