Thanks Dinh

I'm really enjoying my new additions that I brought home from Sac, and I hope this series shares the joy....

Nice!

That Yamabuki is quite the ham. I really like the pictures with her in them. Will you be selling these?

Yes, yes she is, and the most adorable of the lot. I have no plans of selling any of the fish. Check with Russ Peters of PSKoi. I'm almost positive he has a comparable Yamabuki from the same spawn...

Marie

Here she is in the flesh, so to speak....

Silly me, I should have clarified my question. Will you be selling any of the pictures you posted? But now that you mentioned it, I have talked to Russ about a fish I just hadn't decided what I was looking for. I have a better idea now!

LOL! Get your order in now for one of those Yamabuki's. It was really hard to pick out just one, they were all so equal. In the end I went with the fish that had the biggest pecs and chubbiest cheeks. But I must warn you--the Platinums are no slouches in the charming department, either...

...and they're ever just as friendly as the Yamabuki's. Still...I lean way heavy towards the Yama though it really is sort of a toss-up.

Russ and Kari also have some of my work in their shop, and no doubt some of these may pass their way in the future, especially if requested. Thanks so very much for inquiring, though this thread was for share and not promotion. I see the koi from the same perspective as my art and sometimes I just have to share that vision for the smiles of it all...

Marie

Art Appreciation

Thanks Marie,

I am always looking for things that just catch my eye or move me. I am seriously interested in several of your pictures so you can PM me if you like. I would like to frame some for my office. They just have a surreal quality but really catch the personality of the fish.
