Sakai Nissai Harvest

I was fortunate today to witness a Sakai Hiroshima nissai Harvest of Sanke and Kohaku. Kentaro remarked it was a record harvest as most came out over 65cm and a few at 70cm!....and this at 18 months!!
Some pics. I bought the Kohaku as it was in my price line but at 58cm. Tomorrow they will harvest a pond with 600 pieces of nissai.

So I've blown my budget...and some more!

And this is what I'm going home with. 4 show fish (go sanke) and two pond fish just to keep things intresting! I was amazed at the age and size of these things. Feel free to let me know what you think of my new babies!

Nice buy Erns, especially the kohaku...very nice lady..

We bought in november 2005 a SFF sanke, she was then also 58 cm and 18 months old, she was this month 71 cm! She is now 3 years and 5 months old.
I'm sure your kohaku goes the same way..
